Alright, so I am a [b]GUY[/b] and this girl that I have known for like 4-5 years now sent me some pics of her nude. Would that be considered child porn? We are both under 18 I am 17 and she is 17...
Technically, yeah, just don't show anyone.
Delete those pics, you never know what will happen they could get forwarded, you might break up with her or have a fight and shit will hit the fan, trust me its not worth it.

Yeah it's considered Child Pornography. In fact even if you had in possession photos of yourself nude, that could be considered Child Pornography.

I'd advise deleting it before you end up attaching the wrong image to a message/school confiscates your phone/parents etc. and then you could get in way over your head.

If she is under the state's age of adulthood, it is illegal for ANYONE. Otherwise, the laws wouldn't be fair for everyone. So shush.
