Since no ones paying attention over [I]there[/I]
I recently bought Global Agenda, it looks pretty boss, installed it and everything.
WHen I hit the play button in my games menu, 2 things happen at once.
1: A steam popup says "Prepairing first time setup... Installing Direct x 9.0 Web setup (1 of 1)
2: A white popup shows up and dissappears very quickly, I can't even manage to read its title. Install is in it I believe.
Once the white one disappears, so does the steam box.
The thing is, it says it was last played today, and I already have the latest Direct X version, not to mention I've already gone through the first time setup.
The fucks goin' on here?

Uninstall and reinstall?
Find the dxsetup.exe file and delete it, along with all the .CABs
Try verifying the files

I had a similar problem with Fallout:NV after it was patched, and verifying the files didn't fix it. However, it magically worked again the next day so maybe you should go to hogwarts and become a wizard.
