Anybody else on the forums play Baseball?

Background Information:
A close relative of Rounders Baseball is currently believed to have begun in England. However is some evidence that something very similar to the game began in France in 1344 and some older French games appear to be related. As for how to play I will turn that over to Wikipedia...

Does anyone else play? What positions and stuff?

I play Catcher and Pitcher Primarily but I can play just about anywhere. I generally log a bit of time in center field if I am not catching or pitching.

But I have hit two pitchers with line drives off a composite bat and been on the receiving end of a line drive. Worst feeling ever for both.

On another note I pitched tonight. 4 innings 10 strike outs and 1 earned.

I broke my arm "playing" baseball when I was 12... my shitty coach was pissed at some kid, so he decided to show him what a real pitch looked like, and my arm just-so-happened to be right in front of his 90mph pitch

I played probably 10 years ago, I was sitting behind home plate at practice shootin' the shit with my friend, I look to the right and BAM! Took one in the eye.

i played baseball for 5 or so years, and i have to say it is the most boring game to play unless you are a catcher or pitcher, and the only reason i played that long was because i was a catcher. But, after playing so much unrestrictedly, it fucked up my arm.
