Even if the court of human rights orders Russia to pay up, I'm pretty sure Czar Putin will refuse. One day though, I hope he reaps the whirlwind in spades from all the wind he's been sowing about.

I doubt they will get the money but I hope it sends a message to Putin to stop supporting the church and not treat protests in such a harsh manner.
