Haunted - Dubstep - General

This is my second dubstep attempt. Opinions, suggestions, and criticism are more than welcome. Kick needs more... kick. Pretty good intro though, suits the whole "haunted" theme. Pretty sick drop. Nice ass synth. The "yaya" formant filter is a little too strong, and would be way more badass if it was a little weaker. The song is too short, too. Really good, though.

During the intro, try adding a simple sine wave that has it's pitch LFO'd (dont have it synced, just make the LFO as slow as possible, and play it at 16 bars before the drop, until the drop, for a more noticeable build up... it basically just makes a sound that gets higher and higher in pitch, just like you hear in quite a few dubstep songs also, maybe consider instead of reducing the formant filter, take a look at "de-essers" and see if you can get some sort of plugin for it, would be interesting to see what effect it would have on the yoys without actually removing any formant

The ending makes me laugh so hard I keep hearing rice, then nice, then wice, then mice, etc IT KEEPS GOING!

very nice, you may want to copy a layer of the main bass parts into a really low inaudible sine wave to give it extra bass because I don't feel the rape yet xD

Pretty good! Definitely needs more bass, but this alone sounds like a car rattling from a Dubstep being blasted from the stereo. Little buzzy...like not quality-wise, but like the synths were very constant and buzzy and loud. Even so, this turned out damn good! My favorite part was the part at the end with the synth that sounded like "yeeuuhddd" Don't stop my friend! :D

I've been editing it since I've made this thread nearly nonstop, and I've decided to upload what I've got so far to youtube: [media]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pCYbURlpMTc[/media] I'll probably end up making a lot more revisions and fixes though, and yes I do agree about that sort of buzzing sound, I'll need to work on that.
