I am positive that if trump fires mueller or vetoes the russian sanctions he will face massive bipartisan backlash; it would essentially doom him. These issues have been pushed to the edge, and congress/the senate has been forced to take immediate bipartisan action on them. It's a rare thing, that, and trump no longer has any breathing space on this issue as a result.

I genuinely hope that Trump is stupid enough to try so that the leaks increase in intensity and that the GOP is forced to decide to tie themselves further to Trump (hurting them in the long term) or finally do something about this otherwise.

Okay, help me out here.

There's no evidence the President did anything wrong.
The FBI/etc. are leaking things to damage the President. (But I thought he did nothing wrong?)

Why is this not buried yet? (Just like how Benghazi and attempting to repeal Obamacare were handled quickly and only once, right?)

But even if it is true, it means Trump didn't do anything wrong and Mueller's trying to find anything that'll stick. (But if this isn't true, then Trump MAY have done something wrong?)

And then an amazing brick of logic that sums up to "we hate leaks that make us look bad, if there was a real case nothing would be leaking, leaks are real bad, even Obama says so.

I can't even get to the second page. jfc if this is real I've found the real enemies of democracy. If they're so concerned they should let the investigation conclude, and when it concludes with no evidence and no effective charges, the Republicans can effectively discredit everyone who was pushing so hard for it, including Comey and Mueller, and Trump, Sessions, Flynn, and everyone else looks completely exonerated. But if they were confident about it they wouldn't be shitting themselves trying to get people to stop looking at Mueller investigating Trump for the obstruction of justice [I]the President personally revealed by tweeting to Comey.[/I]
