I cringed when he decided to avoid eating the eyes and mouth of the clown lollipop, those aren´t spicy at all and those are the best part of that candy by far

To be honest, he's always been level headed as far as I've seen. I feel like people who whine have never had a critical teacher before. It's really the same thing; he points it out when you fuck up and doesn't dance around it or take bullshit. It's not even that he has some vendetta, or dislikes you, or he's being 'mean', it's just how he is. Learning to understand that kind of person really helps you get along with them. I really like how thorough he is with games and how he'll do things like start up the jokingly named FPS Police steam curator just to give helpful information on games that you won't get many other places.
