For sometime I've been meaning too give a quick lesson on how to make sauce for chicken wings, potatos, and otherwise.
Lets get straight too it'
REQUIRED FOR SAUCE!
Franks Red Hotsauce [USE REGULAR]
White Vinegar
Cayenne Pepper[spice variant]
Stick Butter[THIS. IS. IMPORTANT.]
Ketchup
Got all that? Good. Time for us to make saucey goodness.
Read all the steps carefully... You can screw this up really easily

Start the recipe off by turning your stove too the middle ground of mid/high. Once this has been done, go too wherever you put your butter, and cut about two table spoons off. Important note: DON'T USE FAKE BUTTER.... Now, once the butter slightly melts take out your white vinegar, and splash it into the pot until the bottom of the pot is fully covered. Leave this too boil for about a minute
After the minute is up take cayenne pepper, and sprinkle it on the butter, and then stir it around in the vinegar for another minute. Once this is done we get straight to business...
Pour hot sauce in. If your butter is still standing, use it as a height designator... Pour the hot sauce up till the butter is covered or if thats not the case about 2/6ths of the pot. Keep stirring this till you see bubbles(boil) coming up from the hot sauce. This is your go ahead. Take out your ketchup, pop the cap, and pour it in one area until it builds just barley above the hot sauce. Listen too some catchy song while stirring in circles. Now leave it for two minutes, and wait for boil.
Once in boil set the setting to low, and stir it for a good five minutes.
What you should come out with is a orime orange or reddish orange sauce color. This is exactly what you want! if the sauce turns to the following colors, read the solutions.
My sauce is just red! What do?!?
You probably didn't let it boil fully or you didn't stir long enough, or theirs not enough ketchup

My sauce is thickened way too fast!
Too much ketchup or you brought it off boil to fast
A quick note by the way regarding the sauce thickened... This is regarding to cases of it just solidifying to the pot, not the spoon. When using metallic objects such as a silver spoon it will build up. This is completly normal, and not something to worry about.
You can leave this on low and stir once every three minutes or you can set it on nothing, and pratically just keep stirring. Either way it comes out the same way.
Now I'm pretty sure most of you are going to be asking this so lets get it out of the way...
What can I use this sauce with?
Well... A lot of stuff funny enough. You would figure this would just be used for buffalo wings, but thats not entirely true. It can be used for a variety of things(including wings)!
So what can we make?
Well first off you can go too this thread and just use this sauce as a fill in for just hot sauce. Another thing... Don't bake/fry the sauce onto anything. It will screw up the flavor badly.
Another recipe which I haven't tried yet is actually a spin off of a fried potato.
Hang on vegetarians, this might be for you!
After frying a potato take it, and split it down the middle in a bread roll cut. Once done, take carrots, and lettuce, and put it as the bottom layer. Take blue cheese, or normal sprinkle cheese, and put it on the carrots and lettuce. Once done take the sauce and lightly pour it over the area, and squish the potato toogether.
You can also use it as a ketchup for french frys, potato chips[Fish N' Chips Type], or if you really want to just spice up a salad go ahead and use it for ranch. Just get creative!
I hope you guys enjoy the recipe, and I'm sorry about the full italics!

Good recipe, but is there any chance you could post some pictures for reference?
When I get another bag of chicken nuggets or something, I'll make sure to get a few pictures with my phone. Not promising quality images though.
