Yeah okay.
I'm starting up Steam now. Even though I have all the games and DLC available for those games, I bet it suggests I buy a Call of Duty game.
If it bases it on what my friends are playing, then it's useless because I already know, and will ask for their opinion on the game.
If it does it by similarities, than that's useless, one FPS gives you all the rest, one Indie all of the rest, etc...
If it does it by DLC, then no shit the DLC is like the game I already have, great tip.
Also, some of my games aren't from steam, and I don't want them recommended to me, but I was them to be in the data about my likings. Also, sometimes I hate the games after I buy them.
Jeez steam thinks global agenda is everything, I got dead rising 2 and black ops as reccomendations from it
