• Need something to do with estranged dad and stepbrother

Okay Facepunch. In simple terms, me and my real dad have never really hung out much, but every few months, he, my stepbrother (whose 10), my mom and me go out and do something. I like my dad, and we've got a healthy talking/interacting thing, but not so much with my stepbrother. The problem with these excursions is that we never really have a plan other than "Go out for lunch". The most fun we've ever had on these was getting lost for a while when trying to go to a mall a ways away. Now, none of us really like people, and the most shared common interest is gaming, so thinking of something that will be fun for all of us is a pain in the arse. We're planning to go out this Saturday, and my mom and dad want to have a plan ahead of time, but I'm fucking clueless, so Facepunch, if you can suggest anything, that would be great. Oh, and it's fucking cold around here now, and I live in a moderately sized city.
Go see a film.
and the most shared common interest is gaming,
Theres your answer. Then again your not really going out i guess. Go to gamestop together?
go to mcdonalds. get a happy meal. then say you didnt get a toy. then go to gamestop and pick up a copy of MW2 since you like gaming. Or play Risk, the game of world domination. Just remember, the Ukraine is no game.
my dad and i have never got along, we share absolutely no interests, he hates computers and gaming and i like them, also i like shooting but my dad hates it too and talked me out of that hobby, good thing you atleast have something you both like
