I heard the birds was due to hail, happens occasionally.

Fools its virus that will keep changing until it can turn humans into walking dead. I don't know about you assholes but I'am going to start looting my friends house right now. The virus can't turn animals so it just kills them after a while.

It's simple. Our destruction of the environment is taking it's toll on local species. Considering the way we treat our planet (protip: gulf oil spill anyone?) it doesn't come as much surprise they are dying off by the thousands/millions.

And there was just a big chemical (poisonous) explosion with gigantic fire here in holland.

We're having some abnormally harsh weather on the east coast, it doesn't surprise me that it's affecting the wildlife.

Current winter is the coldest since the 19th century, which might explain fairly well why European crabs and birds are dying. Swedish birds only shoved internal damages, which means that they somehow had to be flying into each other. It later turned out that a large lorry ran over a flock of blackbirds.

The river thing was a hoax. It was either photo shopped or someone put that special die in it hikers use to send an equivalent of a flare down a river. The other stuff is intriguing.

Also, didn't want to post in In The News, because technically, this isn't news.[/QUOTE] - The crabs were due to record cold temperatures - The pelicans were mutilated and there were only a hundred or so of them, also that happened before the arkansas thing was even reported -The birds falling out of the sky in England were less than a hundred, and it was in March of 2010 (i.e. you're fucking clutching at straws now) -There were only a hundred dead birds in Sweden -The Victoria river literally has nothing to do with this whatsoever, someone turned it green with three capsules or whatever of fluorescein, people turned the Chicago River green every year the same way -coldest winters for frigging ages will affect wildlife -this is a huge fucking overreaction -i'm outta here edit : oh yeah, and apparently the UK velvet crabs one has happened several times before in the exact same location with the same species
