No. This is not how VAC works. VAC is completely autonomous, you cannot do anything to help the process.

All you can do is sit back and wait.

I know game arena let's you send in videos.

If there is an admin, I only speed when no one is around me, but sometimes the admins see me when they're waiting to respawn.

These kinds of comments always make me laugh. People even ask me this ingame. Speeding doesn't make me flame-proof and bullet-proof. If there are pyros in the way and they burn me to death, WHILE I HAVE LOW HEALTH, there's nothing i can do about it.
