This is very ... interesting to say the least
They say you learn something new every day and well, I learned I love classical music today.

If anyone can find the youtube friendly version, by all means post it
The song around 7:00 is a prelude by Chopin, Op. 28 No. 4
Meh, solo piano is waay better. IMHO
Classical music is really great to get rid of any stress I have sometimes.

I haven't met anyone who hasn't said this sounded great.

Shostakovich was brilliant, it's a shame most people today have never even heard his name.
Love classical music, don't listen to it enough. Love this guy aswell, really passionate.
My radio is always on the classical station :buddy:
Too much stuff going on. I'd rather listen to this.

It saddens me to think people don't even give Classical music a change now a days because it's socially taboo.
I think I'm the only person out of all my friends that occasionally listens to music from the past decades (and by that I mean before 1990).
TED is a briliant resource.

I don't like it, but tbh I really like it that kind of classical music. Just sounds like random violin notes to me :saddowns:

I like my classical music heavy. Wagner did it well too but you hear his stuff everywhere so it's tiring.
I have 104 Classical Tracks on my iPhone.
More than any other type of music.
Baroque and roll!

I used to listen to Chopin a lot but my parents complained it wasn't as good as their music (mostly my mother listening to shitty pop songs).

Why would that stop you? Just listen to it anyway.
I still do. But my family like their music as loud as possible. I'm almost the complete opposite of them.
I listen to a bit of classical music myself, Pipe organs are the bad asses of musical instruments:
I wouldn't go out of my way to listen to classical music.

Only a Russian would think up the combination of Orchestra and Artillery.
What a mad Genius that Tchaikovsky.
I loved it, especially since Chopin is my personal favorite. I'm 22 and still learning. Currently busy with this masterpiece:

The finale of Overture is so damn awesome.
And yeah, nearly no-one listens to classical music, yet they like it mostly (they're just afraid of saying it, it seems).
Is it a problem that I've never liked the big-time dudes like Bach or Mozart, but still enjoy classical music?
Seems I like everything but the classical classical, the music in this thread doesn't sound that nice to me.
