What does his father have to do with him??? Pretty sure his father came out and openly admitted to the shooter's discrimination against LGBT people. I figured it'd be something like that, too. Idk it's hard for me I guess. It does seem like a bad PR move, but I don't wholly think that Hillary purposely put him on there to spite LGBT people so much as not doing her own damn research. I'm not a Hillary defender by any means lol but she's probably just dumb, rather than intentionally malicious. Either that or the man is doing his damnedest to go against or disprove what he said earlier in an attempt to look good to the media.

I don't get it. Even right after the shooting his father showed no sign of sympathy or condonement for what his son did, he seems like a legit guy. I'm pretty disgusted that he's being called a 'smug piece of shit' when he looks anything but smug. If anything he's awkward and puts his hat on when Hillary starts to talk about the shooting. I'd be quite stand-offish, too, if some reporter started to question where I go in my life and why I would attend a rally happening where I live.

As far as people being hand-picked at rallies, most of them are grabbed by sight alone just because of "diversity". They wanna get a good range of people behind the candidate for appearances. I don't think they bother asking names or histories afaik.
