The one with the girl in the red jacket is Lost Girl - where they suck the life from their victim so there was a reason for it.

Hard to tell from the video but it's quite possible he bought the original outfit from the movie. Due to bad box office they are selling almost everything they used in the movie.

A lot of them I don't even know who are so I'll just go by timecode.
As a general dislike it's usually that bad cosplayers just go for single-coloured materials that imitate the look of the comics too much. They don't adapt it to what it would look like when it wasn't a comic anymore. The fabrics are usually visibly cheap as well, and of course I understand why they are cheap because it's an expensive hobby and all, but that doesn't make it suck less just because you know the reason.

0:15 - They look fucking retarded.
0:19 - Lots of silver patches going on here, looks pretty bad. Visible amount of effort, bad results.
0:22 - Not sure what I really think, I don't know who she has cosplayed as either, but again, single-coloured clothing... But still, sort of tasteful, can't fully judge without knowing the reference here.
0:25 - Both Lara Crofts does not at all resemble Lara Croft, but just women with mud on them and clothes that have the same kind of colour.
0:28 - Wings are nifty, clothing looks so-so, dunno the reference though, like 0:22 I can't fully judge without comparing it to the character she's supposed to reference, could be spot-on.
0:42 - Looks retarded, but dunno the reference, could be a good cosplay of a bad character.
0:51 - Can't remember his name. Looks so bad I hope it's on purpose.
0:52-0:57 - There are quite a few sloppy and simple cosplays here, but surprisngly many of them are good as well.
0:58 - Nice cape, what the fuck everything else? Dunno the reference. Maybe if her hair didn't cover up the breast part of the costume it would look better, since it covers a giant emblem I mean.
1:04 - I hope these are just random girls to make the video more popular rather than actual cosplays.
1:23 - I don't truly dislike it, but I think it would be better with facepaint, using a mask is just cheap IMO, with the hand it's understandable though, on line with swords and other equipment.
1:27 - He's got the body for the role, he should really have just got some make-up done rather than using the mask.
1:29 - Purposfully so... I hope.
2:01 - Good effort, but the results are pretty poor, doesn't really resemble except for being green.
2:13 - I dunno the reference at all, but it looks pretty lazy nevertheless and she probably just chose it so she could kiss girls and get away with it.

Something tells me the majority of what you pointed out wasn't supposed to stand up to scrutiny other than "oh you're that guy, right?". I don't think they were expecting some guy on a forum to literally go through the video pointing out everything wrong with their "work". It's just fun, jesus christ.

You don't care about cosplay (or even look it up!!) but you took the time to write an essay on the video (which is 4 minutes of people having fun) detailing why each persons costume was either good or bad, providing time codes so we know who you're complaining about.

He asked me out of curiosity which ones I didn't like, I answered him. Why are you getting all up in arms about that?
Of course they weren't meant to be professional costume for movie productions and I never implied so either, but like I said, things like that doesn't make a bad piece of work into a good piece of work. It's all fun and games and that's fine with me, I don't actually care. I detailed my opinions on the bad ones, and the bad ones only, because I was asked to.

I am a person of dedication, if I'm first going to do something I'm going to put some effort into it. Same reason I seldomly stop arguing until a conclusion is reached or the other person i'm arguing with stops responding.

The trouble is you've put a lot here of "I don't know the reference but it looks bad" Your not nitpicking or offering critque on a majority of the stuff you've put here.

Why would I offer critique about how to make it better or anything like that when being just simply asked which ones I didn't like? It's not like the people I was criticizing would actually get any of my critiques to begin with.
Also yes, they look bad and they most likely do even if I see the reference but I can't tell for sure without knowing it.
