Looks like they had enemy contact in that building that was all fucked up from a prior engagement. During the portion that is being recored, it looks like they are fucking up that building right across the street.

I'd have killstreaks left and right, I don't know why these army guys just stay still and shoot without accuracy they should keep moving flank them and sprint to cover. Use throwing knives for deadly silent kills before backup arrives.
