Co-worker of mine might get fired for sexual harassment.

I am a lifeguard at a community college Physical Education pool in New Jersey. I tend to lifeguard when there are children's swim classes going on. During these classes, the teachers need aids. Most of the aids are cool people with whom I have befriended. However, let me tell you about one of the aids who has aggravated me and my co-workers for long enough.
In order to understand the aggravation that this has caused me, you must understand how this aid looks. She is pale almost to the point where she is translucent, her smile (which she wears smugly 24/7) makes her look like a clown, and while her breasts may be large, the other factors make it certainly not worth just going with her flirting.
She is the type of woman that thinks everyone has a crush on her, when in reality we all [b][i]HATE[/i][/b] her. She attempts to strike up a long ass conversation while we are on duty protecting the lives of our swimmers, which is strictly against policy and flat-out dangerous. Even if we lifeguards were feeling rebellious to our policies, her conversations are awkward and fucking annoying as hell (and the fact that she can't pronounce H's makes her conversations even more annoying).
A while back she went into the locker room with another female co-worker that she thought she was friends with and began saying stuff along the lines of "let us strip our clothes off of each other and dance around in the complete nude!" (not exact quote, but you understand the jist). The female involved was to timid to tell anyone of this incident at the time.
Today, my friend co-worker was completely fed up with the annoying female co-worker, especially after she took pictures of us and refused to delete such pictures, so he went to our boss and co-director and explained her annoyances, they told him to write an incident report of it, however, right as he was doing so, the female co-worker that was approached by the annoying female finally came out with the incident, which was just what my friend co-worker needed to get her fired.
My dilemma, to get involved or to not get involved? She annoys me as well, and I would love to see her gone, but I am unsure if this is worth it to possibly get her in legal trouble. Not only will she be fired, but her parents will find out that she is bi-sexual and reprimand her to max extent.
I figure I should mention that everytime we ask her to stop talking to us or to go away, she blows it off as if we were joking. No matter how serious we are and look no matter what we say, she take sit as a joke.
I figured i should address this as well in case i forgot, the co-worker filing the report has asked me to file a report as well.

You're not understanding me, I have nothing against gay/lesbian/bi, but i know her parent's (unfortunately) and know that they wouldn't take to kindly to their own child being bi.
Pics will be provided if i ever find any, she's one of those people that refuses to get a facebook.
Maybe legal trouble is a bit far, but she definitely need to be fired from the sounds of it.

Have you guys tried just telling her that she's annoying you and ask her to go to the other side of the pool or something? I get that she's being annoying, but I'm willing to bet that EVERYBODY ignores her and she just wants to try to make some friends.

I hate people like this. But yeah I think legal trouble is a bit to far, even though that technically is sexual harassment. I don't think she meant anything by it.

She obviously isn't learning if you're telling / hinting at her to stop, why hold back on punishment?

I had a girl like this who worked border patrol with me. She had the biggest bust line you could imagine -- probably F-cups -- but otherwise she was incredibly ugly and probably the worst person ever.
So me and the boys -- we rode out in our 4x4 patrol trucks and buggies. We had her hog-tied good and we shot her. Straight-up shot her. Left her for dead in Texas. Mexican immigrant chowder, she was. Straight-up twelve guaged in the face.
