I just finished what I like to call my Electro Banger Mix, let me know what you thought of it. Here is my actual soundcloud account with all of my other tracks: http://soundcloud.com/djdroid-1
I don't think putting this as an opener works very well, it seems more like a song that would like give you a sort of break. The first transition was pretty obvious tbh, you should try harmonic mixing. Also you leave the zedd remix looping for too long, it feels sort of out of place. I don't know if dropping the same song twice is a very good idea, feels very our of place. The transition at like 8 minutes isn't even a transition at all, you just faded out the drop. Doing that really doesn't work, you have the club dancing, and then in the middle of the energy you just switch it off. A DJ is supposed to play continuous music and keep a high energy. Basically, a lot of this just seems like playing songs one after another, and not really melting them together. Keep practicing.
I actually liked it.

If I was hosting some sort of party, I'd use this song.
Protip. Make awesome transmissions by looping a 4 beat on the other track, so it fits in with the other. Don't go from all silent to just sudden BASSBASSBASS, needs to build up first, and then drop a massive bomb. But do a 4 beat loop, slowly fade to the other deck and there you go. What are you using to mix on?

Loop transitions aren't something I usually do, usually I mix from buildups to drops, as in one song's build up and another song's drop. I also like mixing with scratching. Right now I've got a Stanton t92, gemeni cdm 1000 mixer, and rane sl3. Still saving up for another turntable, but with SL3 it's pretty easy to mix with just one turntable. Never use a 128 kbps song, sounds like shit
