There's a bit of a pointless intro starting at 0.07, ends at 0.38.
One of the scariest games of all time turned into a complete pisstake :v: I found it entertaining.
I liked the ending, " AARRGGHHH" Ploop.
Haha the brick shitting.
You have long fingernails but your dead.
Ow god the ending :v:
I'm glad there's still a fanbase for this masterpiece.
I never played Systemshock 2
What's the story?

don't let me ever hear you say that again

You first choose which branch of the military you wish to be trained in, in order to give you different powers and abilities. After this procedure, you are put in cryostasis aboard the starship "Von Braun" in order to give your body military-grade augmentations. You are brought out of your cryostasis prematurely because of a computer error, and have to explore the ship, with the help of a sidekick that speaks to you via radio, after finding out it has been taken over by a sort of mutant human species. The story goes much deeper, but that's pretty much the basics. It's indeed a masterpiece.
Why the fuck are they talking over the phone
Co op, they are both using a microphone in-game
I need to play this again, I'm not sure if I ever finished it.
for some reason mine looks like shit on vista.

I can tell that they're using the alpha hi-res model pack
I wish that it was finished, it makes this really annoying discrepancy between the old models and the new ones

I ended up stopping playing somewhere, the suspense was too much. :v:
Must push on with it.
You can hear the phones interference throughout the whole video.
I just noticed it.

It DOES kinda sound like Bioshock in space though :v:
Not saying it is

Yes, both games are pretty similar. The most notable similarity would probably be the bionic/psionic powers.

A better comparison would be to say that Bioshock is a not-quite-as-good version of SS2 underwater.
Even then it'd be a terrible comparison because they're very different games altogether, not to mention SS2 is a proper horror game while Bioshock is barely even scary (though very clever)
I never said bioshock was bad you morons, i just said it wasn't scary

Play both then, same turn of events in the story and shares a lot of the same gameplay.
It's fucking Bioshock in space. Or System shock underwater.
Bioware got their inspiration for Bioshock from this game, stop calling it Bioshock in space.
If you did the Marine branch do you start out with the assault rifle?

Only Bioware didn't develop Bioshock, Irrational did.

holy shit. SS2 was made by Irrational Games and Looking Glass Studios. Irrational then made Bioshock with 2K Games.

Um dude? SS2 is only a horror game because its so horribly bad. Like, for you to insult Bioshock and then say SS2 is scary just shows you have some sort of mental condition. And no I am honestly not flaming, I seriously think that you need to seek help before you hurt someone.
SS2 is a proper horror game
Please explain to me how this is game was scary. Maybe if you were 6 when you played this with emphasis on maybe.

Anyone else interpret that as complete sarcasm?
The ending of that video made me laugh out loud.

Since when did Bioware have anything to do with BioShock?
Damn it, now I want to play SS2. I don't have SS2.
