The patent was originally filed in 1996, so it isn't exactly the newest of news, most probably haven't heard about this though. The United States Air Force has a patent for a device that supposedly can use radio frequencies to direct audio into the brain of a person. The patent number is 6470214. It was issued Oct 22, 2002. They might be lying, but go ahead and crack out the tin foil anyway.

you do know what a patent is right? I can file a patent on my flux capacitor that doesn't mean it works
Nothing to see here folks, move along...
you do know what a patent is right?
Of course not. Could you wait a moment? I'm busy reserving inventions that I have no idea how to make at all. Edit: That's exactly what someone who is controlled by the government would say.
Aww, I was hoping it was one of those kick-ass helmets that controlled the plane by your thoughts, or at least allowed you to control launched missiles based on where you look.
Is it me or is the Air Force always involved with the weird projects and conspiracies? Aliens, UFO's, Secret Planes, Gay Bombs, now Mind Control? The Army Air Corps never did any 'that weird shit.
