I Really want Gmod(Latest and possible the old) but i know you need to pay 10 bucks but where do you buy it beside online but my parents don't trust online,so is there a store i can buy Gmod?

You need a source game (HL2, TF2, CS:S etc) to play Garry's Mod.

Garry Newman did make Garry's Mod (Garry's Mod named after him.)
