As in, with the menu, the outtakes, the extras, with the actual CD? For a birthday gift. I don't want to give away something that was obviously downloaded. They would want the whole ball of wax.
Oh, I wasn't aware such a thing existed. That link to litfusefilms from mainsuqeeze is their site though, look around there for it.
You would have to contact Robert probably. Last time I checked with him he said their out of hard covers.
I was surprised about it when I heard about it, too.
Yeah I remember they were selling a disc.
I'm glad someone linked to this, because now I know why I haven't heard of anything new from Litfuse Films in so long (check the news page if you don't understand).
Litfuse were employed by Bioware for cinematics.

having played Mass Effect 2 as much as I have I can appreciate the fruits of their efforts.
I wish that parts of WOTS were real, mostly all servers being linked together.
Holy Shit, that is actually amazing that they worked on ME2.
Oh man, I remember when that movie first came out and I waited until I got the DVD to watch it, it was agonizing. Such an incredible film. I still have my copy, albeit quite sun damaged and dusty now.

I thought it was sold out ages ago and no new copies were made.
That's what I thought too v:v:v. Your best bet for a boxed copy would be to look on eBay or buy it from someone you know who has it.
It's still possible to get a hard copy I believe, but it doesnt come with the DVD Box.
I still have my CD and box :D
Since when was there a fucking GMOD movie released on DVD for profit?
[QUOTE=usaokay;22678027]The more important question is: How the hell did they manage to pull this off without pissing off Valve?[/QUOTE]
I think it was probably more like "Donate, get cool physical copy of WOTS"
[editline]01:09PM[/editline]
Uh, more like that than for profit
[editline]01:09PM[/editline]
I'm confused
i have four unopened copies and one opened copy. pm me if you want to buy them.

Wasn't a donation thing. You were still paying for the DVD, just the only thing you payed for was pretty much the disc itself and the shipping to get it to you. I remember back when they were shipping them out, people were complaining about how long it was taking and the dude who was doing it (Michael? I forget now...) basically told them to shut the hell up because their money only went to those two things, and he wasn't making any kind of profit from it.

I guess this is unrelated but... HOLY SHIT I MADE THAT AVATAR FHAUSHFSAHFjhsafhASJHFSJAHHSFAJHFJSAH
I'm sure the files for the artwork are lying around somewhere, you could download a disc image and print your own.
Just to clarify regarding the whole issue with paying and Valve;
All they said was "pay for the postage, and we'll send you out a copy".
There was no profit to be gained and if anything, they lost money with producing all the boxes etc.
yeah my copy is all dusty sitting in a draw
They only made 200 copies and they didn't take any money for profit either. The money you paid was to cover shipping fees.
Apparently, someone uploaded the full movie on YouTube.com
If you wanna watch it, watch it now

Ehm... as if being streamable online is something special? Isn't that the primary method of availability?
They released it on DVD? Damn, I wish I had bought it.
Someone who has the DVD should upload it to the internet so I can download it
