A man who holds the Guinness Book of World Records as “The World’s Most Litigious Man” is at it again. Jonathan Lee Riches, who has filed over 5,000 lawsuits in the past eight years, filed his latest against Kanye West and Kim Kardashian. The lawsuit, which was filed in the Northern District of West Virginia on June 21, claims that he and all American citizens are an eminent danger and bodily harm from the defendants. The lawsuit, which also names Kris Jenner, Bruce Jenner, Khloe Kardashian and Kourtney Kardashian, claims that all of the defendants are “terrorists.” “On 6/17/2012 I was in West Virginia, deep in the hills and I stumbled upon the defendants who were all at a Al-Qaeda secret training camp,” Riches wrote in his latest frivolous lawsuit. Riches, who filed the lawsuit under the alias Gino Romano, claims that the Kardashian’s and Kanye West pleaded their allegiance to Al-Qaeda, burned the U.S. flag and stomped their feet on Barack Obama’s picture. The lawsuit claims that Kanye West then performed a concert for all Al-Qaeda members and shot AK-47s in the air. Riches, who was recently released from prison for fraud, also claims that Kanye West is now the new leader of notorious Chicago Street game, the El-Rukns.
http://allhiphop.com/2012/06/25/kanye-west-kim-kardashian-sued-for-conspiring-with-al-qaeda/ I can't imagine that the guy was actually serious when he filed this lawsuit.
Kanye West performed a concert for all Al-Qaeda members and shot AK-47s in the air. Seems legit.
I hope he wins. I don't know why, I just hope he does.
I hope he wins. I don't know why, I just hope he does.
the judge will throw it out. It won't make it to court
who has filed over 5,000 lawsuits in the past eight years
That's almost 1.7 lawsuits a day dang.
That's almost 1.7 lawsuits a day dang.
1.7? Does he gets half the files needed for the lawsuit and then complete it the next day?
I hope they rule him mentally unstable and throw him in a mental ward.
Kim Kardashian is too stupid to conspire with Al-Qaeda.
I thought I was the only one who noticed all that AK-47 fire...
Wonder what would happen if he won.
He's wasting time and money on frivolous shit when there's more important things the courts could be doing. The courts are already backlogged, he should get a fine for wasting so much time.
I fucking love my country. [editline]25th June 2012[/editline]
the judge will throw it out. It won't make it to court
Regardless, you can now refer to Kim Kardashian as an alleged terrorist for the time prior to this case's ruling without it being considered slanderous.
I hope he wins. I don't know why, I just hope he does.
labeling people terrorists is fine because i don't like them
1.7? Does he gets half the files needed for the lawsuit and then complete it the next day?
He probably mass files them. Most likely sends the same lawsuit to multiple courts and only changes the headers. Could allow him to send 10, 20 lawsuits a day easily.
I fucking love my country. If they denounce it as being objectively ungrounded without a session then the time period never starts. Also I find it interesting that inthe US a private person can accuse someone in front of court as being terrorist. In most nations this is an ex offo proceeding where the private person informs the government of the situation and the government than stands as a party in the proceedings.
Kim Kardashian is too stupid to conspire with Al-Qaeda.
She must be smarter than you to be filthy rich while you're not. With half the IQ, mind you. You can be book dumb and street smart, you know.

Defamation only falls upon the person making the allegations. If you reference the allegations made by another (e.g. 'alleged terrorist') and refrain from making your own direct allegations, you're in the clear, provided someone else actually made the claim. That's what the suffix 'alleged' is used for. You're referring to the charges levied by someone else, not making any allegations of your own. This is why news media always refers to suspects in crimes as alleged criminals prior to charges even being formally filed.
It'd be funny if they made an episode of Keeping up with the Kardashians centered around this.
It'd be funny if they made an episode of Keeping up with the Kardashians centered around this.
They made one last year. Never aired it, though. Something about 9/11 jokes offended the executives.
She must be smarter than you to be filthy rich while you're not. With half the IQ, mind you. You can be book dumb and street smart, you know.
Actually, you're wrong. The Kardashians are rich and famous for no reason at all except for the reason that What's her name's husband was OJ Simpson's lawyer. Kim has no street smarts or actual smarts, she just inherited a lot of money. [sp]WELL, Kim is a model so she makes decent money but they're still famous for no legitimate reason.[/sp] Back on topic, I wonder if somehow the accusations turn out to be true... :v:
No, she's a publicity magnet and mogul. She knows how to handle her shit pretty well, enough to get rich and famous, and remain that way. To quote Nas: "You wanna get rich? Then get rich, nigga." She got rich and now she lives a pretty damn fine life.

"Street smarts" are what everyone else calls "survival instincts." And everyone has those. On, like, a basic, genetic level.
She must be smarter than you to be filthy rich while you're not. With half the IQ, mind you. Not to mention, as mentioned before, her dad was OJ Simpson's lawyer.
Kanye is an absolute prick and so is Kim, but this lawsuit is fucking absurd and won't go very far at all. They'll probably just settle out of court just to get him to shut the fuck up.
Kim Kardashian is too stupid to conspire with Al-Qaeda.
Or, she is stupid enough to conspire with Al-Qaeda.

Also, does this actually cost the guy any money, or can he just turn up and file the documents if he does them himself?
Kim's just her mom's bottom bitch. Their mom is the one that sets them all up with the stupid shit they do and then takes a large cut of the profits.

Not sure which.
I can't be the only one who thought a Mary Sue sued those two.
She must be smarter than you to be filthy rich while you're not. With half the IQ, mind you. You can be book dumb and street smart, you know.
lol why do people always say dumb shit like this? Someone must be smart and successful to get rich? You realize "Friday" sold over 1 million copies on iTunes, right? All it takes to get rich is to get lucky, be born to the right family, or drop a bunch of lawsuits. Yes, some people do it the hard way. Others lie, cheat, steal, or even just fail their way to the top. Example: do you think George Bush Jr. runs daddy's oil company or do you think he pays someone to do it? Did you know that major publications like Forbes and the Economist have wrote about why large companies often settle for mediocrity in their executives? It costs them too much and the risk is too high to invest in people who have no experience, even if it looks like they would be great at the job, so companies settle for the tried and true idiots they know can at least produce the same results. These idiots then pay themselves colossal bonuses and get rich, and all of this because they had the right connections and/or were born into the right families. Don't give rich people so much credit, and remember: many people have to be poor so one person can be rich. The fatal flaw of Capitalism.
Kim Kardashian is too stupid to conspire with Al-Qaeda.
Her ass was the cave Bin Laden hid in all those years.
