Evolution Wars: I declare war

Okay heres how it's played or done,

You start out with a simple cell of course,

Nothing too small,
Nothing too big,

And when wanted you can declare war with another persons cell.
Each person you win against you can update you're cell,
BUT, no like making you're cell really big on the upgrades just do small or somewhat medium changes and be done with the upgrade,
If you're cell loses you remake a simple starter cell,
If you are way to big and almost unbeatable then, you can't declare war on anyone

And if you and another person want to ally you can,
If you're ally wants to help you in a battle he can,
And if you and you're ally want to "fuse" you're cells then go right ahead,

No penises, it's not funny and it's not mature,
And that's about it,

So have fun.
Also if you are inactive for 1-2 days on you're war with another person you will lose automatically.
