So, his asylum application was denied, which basically doesn't mean much of anything really, but then he gets caught pick pocketing afterwards, is released without real consequence, and is now back in jail for raping a girl in a club bathroom. At this point they should keep him in jail for some number of years before deporting and reporting him to his home country.

That's such a stupid fucking idea to just send people who come into your country and rape someone home. He can be sent back AFTER he serves his sentence.

It is almost like they have been rewarding him.
