"There was urine and feces throughout the whole house," said Scott Trebatoski, with Jacksonville's Animal Care and Protective Services. "I was pretty much in every room, and there was not a single room that didn't have urine and feces in it."
Trebatoski is accusing the homeowners of running a puppy mill, breeding the animals for sale.
He said the animals were living in filth and weren't cared for. He said many of them will have to go through some kind of surgery, and others may remain special needs animals for the rest of their lives.
"Some animals couldn't walk normally because their hair was so matted, they couldn't extend their limbs," Trebatoski said.
A lot of the animals were getting shaved, a while one dog was getting shaved, some pieces of metal came out of some of the dog's hair.
Channel 4's Vickie Pierre tried talking to the homeowners, but no one was home. She said she noticed some more animals were still in the home.
Trebatoski said the investigation is far from over. His main concern is giving the animals a new home.
"It's really stressful to the staff to see animals that we all would love as our own home pets basically just shoved in the corner to be breeding animals," he said.

From some of the stories I hear about now a days In the news section I shouldn't really be suprised something like this has happened but I am... These people just obviously arent animal lovers at all and are just in it for the money.
