How to take an MAOI with DMT to make the trip last longer?

What the MAOI does is to prevent the MAO enzyme from breaking down the DMT when you take it orally. So take the MAOI and then 20-30 minutes later ingest the DMT orally.

No, then you'll just get a short but very intense trip. The whole point with the MAOI is so that you can take it orally.

The places I've read it (including erowid) it's [i]an[/i] MAOI. In speech, it would depend on whether you pronounce it as a word or each letter individually. I'm pretty sure the technically correct thing to do would be to write "an MAOI" because it's not a word, it's an acronym. Either way, doesn't fucking matter, just seems a little odd if you read it as either "an maowi" or "a M.A.O.I".

With regards to the question, it's doesn't just cause problems with some anti-depressants, but also certain kinds of foods as well. Try to look it up at erowid, they're pretty much credible.

Take MAOI hour before ingesting DMT. And don't anything else or drink coffee or anything. Nothing!

Reason: cheese contains chemicals that normally get destroyed by enzymes, but MAOI destroys those enzymes for hours so cheese can give you well, nothing good I guess. That was just example, there are many foods that act like cheese. Also drink just water and nothing else.

I don't know dose for DMT, but I think it has to be somewhere 100mg.
