SteamGames.com is a pretty cool guy, eh posts threads and doesn't afraid of anything.
Any good?
I'd buy it if it was in 3D, it just looks kinda boring in 2D.
reminds me of battleships forever
The Jupiter Incident looks better than this in my opinion.
Glorified tower defense game.
Outfit ships, plant them on the grid and then you just sit back and watch them do their thing.
Boring.
This game is pretty awesome. It looks bad, but it's much funner and deeper then it looks.

You don't own the game.
I played the demo.
I bought the original when it was released, and it was worth the money then (about ~£10) but for the game and all the expansion packs for £5, I'm rebuying it on steam just for that. It's a refreshing take on the strategy genre, and updates (bugs and content) are released on a regular basis. With the planning beforehand mechanic, you can design an intricate plan and design every ship, and even though it's in 2D, the design into each ship and component is magnificent, with actually damage showing on each visible part, and each part of the ship can be damaged, having a game changing effect. Don't put this aside purely to the fact that it looks simple, if you like strategy games, this is definitely worth looking into, and for the price, it's not a major risk, so take the plunge and see for yourself.
I'll buy this because I need a new game to play.
Tried the demo, it just didn't click with me.
