i don't feel so, really. sure, after a little time i feel really tired and can fall asleep really easily, but for the first hour or so, i tend to be really awake (i mean, no energy, i lie in a ball in the corner feeling nice and not moving - but not actually tired).

try benedryl, but i doubt it will knock you out in just minutes

On a serious note, it will take a bit more than 2 or 3 minutes, but extremely strong tilia tea will knock you out pretty good.

I'd recommend a "smoother" approach: 50-150mg of Diphenhydramine and 1-3mg of Melatonin.
