While a few of them exist certainly, why aren't there more Inspector Gadget memes? I've never understood this since it's of AT LEAST equal camp value as the GI Joe PSAs. Maybe not as much as the awful Zelda shit, but all kinds of lesser evils have become memes.
I know it's not cool to start a meme generator [B](at all - this results in unfunnyness)[/B] but if anyone knows of something I've missed it would be friendly to post.

Know your meme is shit, they put up pretty much ANYTHING that's had some form of popularity in the past 10 years. It was never a meme in the first place, having a few parodies doesn't change that.

Inspector gadget was a decently made, decently funny show for kids, completely self-aware with regard to its "camp". The GI Joe PSAs were badly-animated trash with comically out-of-place and hypocritical "morals", a fact that was obvious even to the kids the show was aimed at. They exist in completely different realms.
Memes are unfunny by their own.
