My birthday: The worst day of all. - General

Basically, the other night i turned 17. I have a large amount of friends, not "besties", but more of associates I constantly talk to and hang out at school. They want to make me a huge birthday party, with alcohol and weed preferably, however, my parents are SUPER protective about me and dont let me go out at night. I dont really mind, however my friends most probably will and I will just look like another nerd to them. Before you rate me dumbs, today is the 23rd of june. My parents are fighting over a trivial matter, and I got no presents since my DAD since he FORGOT its my birthday. My life is really sad, no best friends, and no decent presents, however it does not matter to me. Sorry for this rant, its badly structured I know, english is not my first language. TL;DR My parents are over protective about me, and dont let me to go out at night. An addition, my dad forgot its my birthday and argued with my mom. Sorry for the bad text structure. I invited the whole class of over 20 people to my birthday party many years ago. Two people came, they went home before it was over. It wasn't lame either, it was my first birthday party in the local bowling hall. It was a popular place to celebrate birthdays actually

Stop crying. Mine was worse. It was this Sunday, I was 9000 km from home and friends, I slept in a mosquito net, which was broken, so I got bitten 40 times and contracted some kind of fever. I had a leg bone bruising due to the training. I cleaned weapons all day. And no one said anything remotely close to "happy birthday", And it was raining, which made the whole place soaking wet, try to PT in the mud with two bone bruisings, a core temperature of 40degrees Celsius, while its your birthday. And you don't see me making a thread about it.

It really is the worst day ever, since you were born, and seventeen years later contributed with a pointless dramaqueen rant over the fact that you have parents who cares about you. Fuck off, atleast you have parents, I'd honestly kill for someone who gave the least bit of a damn about how I'd turn out. It's just a birthday party, and you're surprised that people who cares about you tries to keep you away from drugs and alcoholism. Not to mention that if those people dislike you for not turning up at a party, they were just only using you as an excuse to get drunk in the first place.

My birthday last year, my football team did 20 100 yard sprints in 101 degree weather in our football gear (American football)
