No matter your opinion of the man, this is rather sad news to hear. I wonder how this'll affect his election campaign. I feel kinda bad for hoping he'll drop out to focus on recovery and cement John Tory's victory.

Updated OP, confirmed tumour in his abdomen, don't know yet if it's cancerous.
