Young viewers’ eyes will glaze from the first-person video-game style. Nonaction scenes feature people sniping at each other, or, in Arnett’s case, croaking out the script’s half-assed witticisms, until the Turtles show up.[Quote/] so yea this looks like it turned out well.
The least surprising news this year
Best part are the positive movie reviews
if you told me Megan Fox said this I would not be surprised.
As much as I enjoy TMNT as a whole, its just one of those things that sadly should stay a relic of the late 80's-early to mid 90's. What next: an ALF reboot where instead of [sp]being one of the few[/sp] survivor of his planet being destroyed, Gordon Shumway(aka ALF) is an intergalactic criminal who lands on Earth and takes the hapless Tanner family hostage?
Best part are the positive movie reviews
Yeah, wouldn't be surprised if by " #1 movie", it ends up one of those totally relevant and not made up to make a bad movie look better # 1's, like # 1 movie starting Turtles, # 1 movie in some dirt hut that doesn't even have electricity or something like that.
Best part are the positive movie reviews
I bet every single one of those reviews is megan fox making multiple accounts
**** you, critics! A commercial will appear on television and say that the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles are a #1 film.
Oh you mean like every film that's released?
Zarnold Aug 8, 2014 10 This movie completely satisfied me and set itself up for a great sequel. It had great CGI and facial animation which made the turtles seem like actual characters. It had amazing fight scenes and actually made me say, DAMN! great new story and it made me laugh out loud several times. I can't wait for the second. Collapse
was this guy paid or something?
Funny, I just got an ad on youtube with the voice over "CRITICS ARE RAVING ABOUT MUTANT NINJA TURTLES!!!" "NINJA TURTLES DELIVERS.!!!"
2014's #1 bastardization of a franchise that didn't need rebooting, sure. TMNT #1
Funny, I just got an ad on youtube with the voice over "CRITICS ARE RAVING ABOUT MUTANT NINJA TURTLES!!!" "NINJA TURTLES DELIVERS.!!!"
"...AN ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE PIECE OF SHIT!!!"
let's be real though, was TMNT ever actually good
2014's #1 bastardization of a franchise that didn't need rebooting, sure. TMNT #1
Some things are just best left to die with a grand memory than to "Rugrats all grown up"
let's be real though, was TMNT ever actually good
Hey, the original TMNT cartoon was pretty good fun, and although it went off-trail pretty heavily later on for the sake of toyline shit the 2003 cartoon was mostly solid otherwise. Not sure about the original somewhat-edgy turtles by Mirage, though.
I heard it wasn't absolute shit. Some of the interaction between the turtles I heard was pretty good. Most have described it to me as "okay" which for a Michael Bay film, seems like an incredible achievement
was this guy paid or something?
Silly J!NX. Unpaid interns who get handed all the shitty, thankless jobs like this are called that for a reason, y'know.
I knew it was going to be bad but not THAT bad
I wonder what franchise Bay is going to take a shit on next. It'll probably need to have a strong female role though, otherwise he can't use Megan Fox to ruin it completely. Actually, looking at the Transformers series, that doesn't even need to be the case. You can just shoehorn her in.

Just watched it, eh I could imagine 7-12 year olds enjoying it but 20 year olds and above would definitely find it shit.
let's be real though, was TMNT ever actually good
the comics were, yeah
"NINJA TURTLES DELIVERS.!!!"
Fuck that, this movie can't even deliver a pizza.
what other hasbro toyline has ties to shows?
My Little Pony. It's full of female roles too. And honestly the movies of that are so bad Bay might actually improve them.
I think we all knew it was gonna be shit when the designs for the turtles were shown
I wonder what franchise Bay is going to take a shit on next.
I thought he was supposed to be taking a dump all over NGE next?
I wonder what franchise Bay is going to take a shit on next.
Michael Bay presents: He-Man and the Masters of the Universe
Michael Bay presents: He-Man and the Masters of the Universe
i am not joking at ALL when i say that this is completely possible
I wonder what franchise Bay is going to take a shit on next.
Ghostbusters reboot.

Not surprising it got bad reviews, but what can you expect from Michael Bay? Any franchisee he touches it turns to shit.
