Well, that sucked, by friend made a nerf remote detonated mine. Attached a motor to a ball poper, jammed them in there and pressed a button on the remote and they shot out.

Actually if you watch the tutorial, the demonstration at the end is a whole lot more grenade-esque. Regardless, its a bundle of darts wrapped with a rubber band :downs:

A better idea would be to have a spring-loaded canister with multiple barrels. On top would be what readies the grenade for impact, a small handle to pull on that sets the springs. On the bottom of the grenade would be a pressure-sensitive button, that upon impact, would emit the darts out of the various barrels. Granted it would have to land on the bottom, but if its bottom-heavy, or if enough force is applied, it should work anyways.
