The average British man is four inches taller than 100 years ago. The research, by economic historian Tim Hatton, found that the typical young man in Britain today is 5ft 10in. I read that as 4 feet for a second and I tried imagining 1 foot tall British soldiers marching towards German trenches in France.

It's definitely gonna go up more though. I'm 6ft 3 but almost everyone I know who is my age is of a similar height.

And then theres me, 5'4...

Wear some boots or shoes with thick soles, but not really obviously thick. You can easily give yourself another 2 inches or so. I use it to extend my 6'1 to 6'3 and it's glorious.
