I can't imagine how disgusting someone must feel after smoking that many cigarettes at once
Tom Mullica passed away today after complications during a relatively routine surgery. Always loved his acts, even if it made me cringe at how outrageous they were(apparently they hurt a LOT. He'd get burns from the cigarettes all the time.)

you can see he uses one finger to stuff the napkin in his mouth while at the same time spitting out the wad of cigarrets into his palm with the napkin
then he dumps the napkin into his lap
very quick sleight of hand, pretty awesome
