Legendary soul singer and songwriter Bobby Womack, who penned hits for many of the greatest musicians of the 20th Century, has died at the age of 70. The cause of death was not announced, but Womack had suffered from cancer and Alzheimer's disease and battled with drug addiction. His hits included It's All Over Now, performed by the Rolling Stones, and Lookin' for Love. He was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2009.
http://www.bbc.com/news/world-us-canada-28067878 Sad, I always liked to listen to It's all over now :(
Wow, I really didn't see that coming. I don't listen to a lot of his stuff but I respect his career and achievements. I think the only song I really listen to with him in it is Stylo, and even in that he's got a killer voice. Footsteps on the dancefloor will remind me baby of him. RIP
God damn it Cloud of unknowing is touchy, fucking hell.....

I just saw him two weeks ago at Bonnaroo put on a great show and seemed healthy from what I could tell. So sad to hear this, my heart goes out to his family Rest in Peace.
