So this happened in a neighborhood where I grew up(I went to browns valley elementary lol). Surprised it went so viral, all the youtube links/facebook videos are being taken down for whatever reason.
Here's a story if anyone wants it.
The police are involved and are pursuing charges. The driver was kicked out of the high school he attends after the Dean of Students saw the video and also because the driver continued to state his claims that I molested him, which were proven false by this video, the dashcam video and also the two passengers in the vehicle also stated that I never touched the driver. However, because he continued to insist he did, the school had no choice but to file a report with Child Protective Services, then, on the basis of making those false allegations he was kicked out of the school and criminal charges are being filed. Charges are also being filed regarding his driving. I would like to note that someone in these comments stated to send an email to fsilva who is the principle of Browns Valley Elementary. These students do not attend Browns Valley Elementary, so there is no need to email Mr. Silva. Again, the police are involved, many statements have been taken from multiple eye witness accounts of the driver’s numerous traffic violations. I was just the first person to capture him on video. He has been terrorizing our neighborhoods for over a month with his reckless driving. Crossing double yellow lines to pass vehicles, never stopping at a stop sign, driving 20+mpg over the speed limit, blowing through cross-walks when there are dozens of kids present crossing streets and riding bikes and waiting for buses. It was only a matter of time before he killed or injured someone (possibly himself).
Has there been any news reporting this?

No just random articles blasting it all over facebook and I've seen some reddit posts. Just type "you molested me fool" on google and you'll see.
Found a YouTube version.

Here's some other facts, he was on his 3rd highschool. On a right turn stop sign he would cut into the other lane and pass all the cars and THEN turn right, sometimes kids were in the crosswalk! Also the reason he's pulled over was they were going to 'vape' before school. Parents don't seem to discipline him much.

sweet thanks.
What a colossal retard.
Love how his friend also follows along but ends up saying the truth, bitch deserved it.
I feel like most kids are trying to out douchebag each other nowadays, or is that me being the old guy?
"they saw you touch me"
the two passengers in the vehicle also stated that I never touched the driver.
From what I understand all studies show that kids being shitheads has gone down massively
for instance bullying has gone down by a lot

Do you have anything to show this?
This kid is invincible in his mind, like a lot of kids his age. So when some one pulls a camera in front of his face, his first reaction is, "Man, how can I turn this into a funny life story to joke with all my friends about later". The only way people like him learn is the hard way. My dad lost a lot of friends because of reckless driving and because of it kicked my ass when ever I did my permit hours with him. I have still have yet to receive any ticket or be part of any automobile accident.

He is probably talking about the CDC Youth Risk Behavior Surveillance survey results.

The links below "Changes in youth risk behaviors from 1991 through 2013:"
I've seen some dumb things but claiming someone touched you while they're holding a camera up to your face is new.
Oh boy false molestation charges.
Throw the book at him.

There were always these kinds of people, its nothing new.
I can't believe he tried to lawyer the guy without any knowledge of the law and while being in clear disadvantage, what a chump.

I really don't know what kids did in earlier time periods that is comparable to a kid that speeds in a car while also accusing someone of molesting him for catching him red handed.
I like how everyone is disagreeing with me, but I'm simply saying kids had way less opportunity and power to abuse historically and that is a fact.
Also bullying hasn't gone down. It is still the same shit if not more powerful with social media.

Ever heard of the Murder of James Bulger? Or Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold, perhaps? These are a bit exaggerative but you cannot put a limit on kids because they are kids. James Bulger is an assload of proof of that.

This kid is what, maybe 17? He has the power to drive which is his only privilege thus far; of course, when he hits 18 that will change, unless he becomes a felon shortly thereafter.

You're arguing with a statistics; you're simply wrong here. Someone already posted some stats from the CDC stating ways in which kids have slowed their shenanigans since 1991. They include cyberbullying and normal forms of bullying within, although the statistic for cyberbullying only goes back to 2011 considering it's recognition is only semi-recent.

I'm not talking about crime statistics, I am talking about general behavior of the average youth.
I am mostly referring to how a typical 17 year old boy thinks saying he got molested while getting caught during a traffic violation somehow thought it was ok. Give it 20 years ago before this kid was born, I doubt anyone his age would think to try that shit over something so minor.

That's just a byproduct of today's culture, we've learned that humans will turn their eyes very quickly if something new and "more pressing" comes up. He was trying to direct the blame onto his accuser so he could weasel himself out of anything he might be accused of; obviously, not very well thought through, but he's not a smart kid clearly.
Honestly, I don't really know what you meant by "out-douchebag"? He wasn't actively trying to be a douchebag, he's just a dumb kid that thinks he can get away with shit without consequences, and this was his method. Just a really weak, false accusation.
Reminds me of that video where a girl started screaming rape when an officer started searching her.

What evidence points to that? And the CDC survey results aren't crime statistics. They are survey results.
of course it's some white kid driving a Focus ST. Shame that ST's are almost exclusively limited to teenagers with something to prove
Man this ended up completely different then what I assumed, I thought the driver was actually molested by the camera man in the past and was using the opportunity to expose him to the public.
