I ate a Clif bar and I cant stop shitting... Help!!!

Hey guys, i really need your help- for the past few hours ive been having constant diaherrea, and Fast Threads isnt helping me at all.

For lunch today, i ate a chocolate Clif bar my friend gave me. After sticking it halfway in my mouth around the school pretending like i have shit in my mouth, i decided to eat it, knowing that it give me diaherrhea for some reason.

So, now Ive been shitting Clif bar endlessly, and i have no medicine in my house for cramps, so what should i do?

It wasn't the Clif bar. I eat about two a day. One for breakfast, and one for lunch. It might be food poisoning from something you ate the night before. Chocolate brownie is (assuming this is the one you're talking about) my favourite type.
