They didn't Exactly copy it, but they took parts off of it and made it VERY similar to his original design. Read the article!

But I doubt he'll be able to get anything from them, since they changed it. They can allways claimn that they had forgotten all about his version.

Well THAT didnt hurt us, it just really pulled us back, we needed to go forward on getting these logos used etc..
I think the bigger issue here is that someone thinks it's ok to make an entire website and text into a single JPG file.
At the very, very, very least.. use godamn PNG.

.jpg at 80% quality really isn't that noticeable and it's really good on bandwidth compared to .png
