I think you push the random humor a bit too far by making every single movement ragdoll. It's only funny if it happens once in a while, like when trenchcoat guy takes off and flies away. Humor derived from the physics going crazy only works if you have normal gravity and normal movement to compare with.
and you should definitely make sure to have situations that brings your characters out of character, like with Elmer at the end.
You lost me a bit with the female teacher turning into the male teacher -- And then letting her return in another class room but the WoW guy isn't there anymore and there's not referred back to what happened previously. I know it's just a video with random humor, but sometimes it's great with some progress, like you did with letting the viewers know these students would be going on a field trip and they actually do.

Personally I really like these. It's really unique to most Gmod videos, because he made his own characters and stories.

And I never understand why people say his videos are bad because he's a furry. The only way it affected this video in any way was a picture of an animal person in the credits.
