This is bad. It is another example of YouTube treating it's creators like shit and it also shows YouTube cares more about horribly researched channels than good channels that know their shit.

If any competitor ever shows up, even if it's features are shittier than YouTubes because it's not as large, I'll hop straight the fuck over if my favorite content creators do. I'm willing to against convenience because this has gotten out of hand and is literally culling the content I enjoy from the site.

I'm hoping Pornhub or twitch make a competitor site. I think if Amazon came together with Pornhub to make something it'd truly ruin YouTube
youtube's mod bot is gonna end up training the users how to be aligned with itself rather than learning how to correctly moderate/demonetize content.

You I'd I could know what I do?
I would try create a alternative but different.
It wouldn't just a vid upload site. It would be creator centered.
It would have pure audio. Pictures. Chat. Video and audio hangout. Editing software thrown in. Animation. Think of it as an online creation studio and communication center not just a video site.
How it would be funded is by software and service. Wanna make a phone call over seas online for cheap? My yt alt would do that for a fee. Want very affordable sound creation software? That be thrown in too.
If I could do it be awesome.
I'd name it Town cloud.
