This is me getting OC sprayed in the eyes for my Navy non-lethal weapons training. I think I handled it like a badass compared to the others that got sprayed with me.

Any kind of confirmation that this is you? I can't really trust a new user saying that it is him, when the video is from 2008. Maybe in the description or comment you could put "Shoutout to facepunch" or something?
How else are you suppose to take it like in that situation.

well my user name on this site is Munchito696 which is the same as my Youtube channel, so that is a pretty good indicator. If you really need confirmation I have like a million pictures of myself on facebook, including ones in my coveralls that you see there. Why would I claim to be someone else anyways? It's not like I'm setting some world record in this video. [editline]24th October 2012[/editline] here is how a non-badass reacts, lol! Most people can't handle it, the only other person who took at as good as I did was some girl that couldn't have weighed more than 100 pounds. It is pretty horrible, especially the shower afterwards....
You should show someone else who got sprayed for comparison edit - nice
get-bac
You should show someone else who got sprayed for comparison edit - nice
You'll notice most people don't get two sprays like I did, everyone who got sprayed that day with me got two swipes. My friend got three sprays on a seperate day, she said the first one got blown into her hair by the wind, so her whole head was on fire.
My eyes started to burn too when watching your video. It reminded me of the training i had in the military a few years ago when we had to stand inside a cabin while a smoke grenade went off, it worked just like a pepperspray. Damn you!
When I was getting OC certified i thought it would be a lot worse but it actually didn't end up being all that bad. At first I didn't really feel it, I was just having issues keeping my eyes open. Then it spread down to my lips and a bit in my mouth, that is when it started to burn. While everyone else was sitting and hogging the water hose I just ran the track and sweated most of it off/out. When I drove home I stuck my head out of the window and that helped a bit. A lot of people complained about re-activating it in the morning and I didn't seem to have that issue, I decontaminated just fine. Tear gas is what really fucked me up though. I got like 3-4 different types of chemical weapons used against me that day at 3-4 different exposure levels. A lot of people ask why you would get sprayed in order to use it, it is to simply learn that you can fight through it. If you're going to deploy OC you're going to get it on yourself no matter what, from the wind carrying it or when you go for a take down. In corrections OC that foams was rarely used because some inmates got smart and would let it foam up a bit on their face then flick it back at you.

I had to sit with a fan on my face for like 30 minutes before I went out to eat dinner, and my whole face and eyes were red for the rest of the night. The hardest part of the initial spray for me was breathing. I have to get my buddies to post their spray videos on YouTube, some of them are pretty funny. One of my buddies screamed "Sweet baby Jesus it burns!" and then went to town on the stations
A lot of respect to you man!
Tastes like victory! That was some awesome shit man, i was too big of a coward to take off my gas mask in tear gas training so i don't really know how bad that stuff is, i can only imagine.
Capsaicin's one hell of a compound
