Anyone watching this? I can't wait, I hope we beat the aussies! We were beat by them a fortnight ago, but we absolutely whupped New Zealand last week, so we might have a chance! Watch it here; http://www.justin.tv/stusports9
Gonna be a good game. I don't support either of them, but I hope England win.
Queue some dumb argument of Rugby vs American football. (God I hate that word - Queue. I always have to stop and think about the spelling). Anyway, I hope England will win so I can annoy the Aussie at work.
Rugby? Soccer is the way to go. :v: But I'll go for England.
Kick off!
A little strange to follow, being an American, but I'm rooting for England. Looks like a fairly watchable sport.
I'm watching Ireland V France for the first leg of world cup playoffs, should be good.
Close one there. Australia almost scored. England scored.
Wheyy! 6-0.
Quoting Clarkson here. "What was that? You're rubbish at rugby and we've beaten you twice?" I'm in Aus, but, go England. :buddy:
Damn, Australia scored. 6-6
Good recovery from England after that superb run from that Australian. Australia just scored.
I prefer Union but League is good too. We beat the Argies today, hopefully we can get the Aussies too!
I'm American, but this is extremely fun to watch Can someone explain the scoring? 5 for in the "endzone", 1 for kick?

England's got to get the lead back.

Damn, missed it by 79 years :frown:
WHAT A TRY! Seriously, great kick.
2nd England try is a work of art, reminds me of the good old days in Union with Wilkinson and Saki.
I'm American, but this is extremely fun to watch
Agreed.
That was outstanding. Just an amazing kick. 10-6 England. Woo!
Australia has just scored. It might be a knock on, though. EDIT: It's a try. Never write the Aussies off. Ever
What is a knock on any who?
What is a knock on any who?
You knock the ball forward. If you pick it up again, it's a penalty for the other team. In Union it is. Not sure about League.
Ah. I guess he had control for just long enough to get a try then?
From the looks of it, yeah.
What is a knock on any who?
The ball can only go forwards if you kick it. Anything else is called Knock on.
From the looks of it, yeah.
I need to do a little research on rugby later. Definitely worth watching more often. Another question. When they say a penalty for say England, does that mean in favor of them? Or am I misunderstanding it?
