Valve can be very artistic but lately they've been lacking ( Ever since EP2 imo they haven't been very artsy :c ).

I cant remember steam having any proper downtime (not including the years friends didn't work, or the times steam community has died for half an hour) where all of steam has gone down in all the years I have been using it.
I hate when this happens :(

Here's a tip: look at the GMT/UTC codes, for example GMT - 5 is Eastern, GMT - 8 is Pacific, that means it is 3 hours behind Eastern and 8 hours behind GMT. The opposite also applies, IE: Atlantic time is GMT - 4 which is an hour ahead of Eastern time and 4 hours ahead of Pacific time.

How can you live there and not know that you're in Mountain Standard Time? There's only four time zones in the continental US and they go like this, from west to east:
Pacific Standard Time (PST) - Mountain Standard Time (MST) - Central Standard Time (CST) - Eastern Standard Time (EST)
You are in MST. So you are one hour ahead (+1) of Valve. That means you add one hour to any time given to you in PST. They didn't teach you this in school?
