The head reminds me of a penis.
The first part of his arm is way too short, neck is too thick, fingers are strange etc, etc, there's too much going on to point everything out. You should just take some time to learn anatomy and proportions, this kind of a pose is obviously too hard for you, start simple and pay atention to tutorials, [url=http://cedarseed.deviantart.com/art/Big-Guide-to-Drawing-the-Body-15014442]here[/url] is a great tutorial to start with.
Also, later I'd suggest using posemaniacs, this'll give some experience in drawing different poses from different angles.

Anatomy, especially the back is off. shoulders are tad far foward and neck is placed into an triangular shape that is limided from front by the collar bone. Neck doesn't merge into the chest area. Neck is angeled backwards. for legs and arms, the two halves of the joints are equal, your superhero's ability seems to be rubber-joints, cause the joints do the fuck they want. Ass is weird as well.
Look up tutorials on how to do different body parts, should be helpful.
And stop with the goddamn smudge, it looks horrendous.
