That's a snippet from GameInfarcer, the satire section of the magazine that JUST made it back in. There is also an article on the same page saying that putting bullets on the portal of power is another way Activision can make you pay real life money for included DLC.

Playing a Half-Life in 3D would be pretty interesting. I honestly don't care much for it, but I'm willing to see how far VALVe would go to put effort into it.

A Half-Life 3D for, say, the 3DS wouldn't be too bad, actually. Half-Life on the go. I'd buy it. This, however, would be a dumb idea if it were true.
