Son Sues Mother for Harassment Over Facebook Posts - Polidicks

He probably got in an argument over his mom about how he wanted money to buy something he "Needed", so he staged this by changing his password and making the posts so he could get his money. My mom tried to add me on Facebook. I insta-clicked the ignore button. I think this kid is well within his boundaries though. Technically hacking into another persons account is a federal offense. You're looking at hidden information, not to mention posting claims unverified by the user.

As her child under the age of 18 I would say anything goes, but she is not the legal guardian, the grandparents are.
