On arrival at the vets in Barons Court, London, the poorly tortoise was very weak and its head was withdrawn, probably due to pain. However, after a twice-a-day treatment for several weeks with the vibrator, the tortoise came out of its shell and is now strong and healthy. This novel treatment has been published by the Journal of Herpetological Medicine and Surgery*, and is now also being used to help other animals such as constipated dogs.
That must of been a nice romp if you get what I mean
I had a very different image in mind when I opened the thread.. Glad I was wrong.
doesnt have to be the shape of a penis. that also means you can cure people with a rumble pak
I'd like to know the conversation that prefaced this decision.
I'd like to know the conversation that prefaced this decision.
"HEY! I'VE GOT IT! LET'S STRAP A VIBRATOR TO IT'S STOMACH AND SEE WHAT HAPPENS!"
"HEY! I'VE GOT IT! LET'S STRAP A VIBRATOR TO IT'S STOMACH AND SEE WHAT HAPPENS!"
I was legitimately thinking they inserted a small one into its anus to loosen and possibly get the feces out. That at least somewhat made sense, if a bit... crude. But... Strapping it to its stomach? How did that work?
I'd like to know the conversation that prefaced this decision.
Alcohol MUST'VE been involved.
"In its ass? No dude that's gross, just tape it to the little guy's stomach and he'll be fine! Trust me, I went through the same thing in college!"
This novel treatment has been published by the Journal of Herpetological Medicine and Surgery*, and is now also being used to help other animals such as constipated dogs.
It's in the book now.

Now, if you'd stuck it in it's ass, all you'd be gettin' is gas. [editline]16th December 2012[/editline] Also, I want to know which poor lady vet had to go without her little buddy for several weeks...
I nominate this thread title the best of this month.
"Oh I got it! Anyone got a vibrator?" The mood was befallen by raw silence.
:v:
Good thing that I wasn't the only one who understood that part in a different way :v:
man, it really sucks to see tortoises and turtles and those sorts of creatures get treated badly you ever see those turtles with really deformed, 'pyramid' shells? can't solve that with a plastic willy
It's so cute.
Couldn't they have used a massager or something less phallic?
But that would have been less funny then.
Couldn't they have used a massager or something less phallic?
That's not the MacGyver way.
glad they didn't stick it in his pooper
why is there no mention of how the got the vibrator... did they go buy it or was someone like OH USE THIS!
at a sex store: "I need a vibrator for my tortoise"
I want a documentary on this
you ever see those turtles with really deformed, 'pyramid' shells? can't solve that with a plastic willy
Wow, thank you. I honestly had no idea that wasn't how their shells were supposed to grow. I always saw pictures like this one and had no idea that it could be a sign of a poor diet.
