Yeah it really is, the best I was able to find were empty Kinder eggs. Even though they were still delicious the best part of a Kinder egg was the surprise inside :(.
Looks like that middle section could be mistaken for a creme filling or something.
I doubt many will think that, but there's reasons why other items have ridiculous warnings.

Still love Kinder Surprise, that chocolate is godly together with coffee. The toys nowadays aren't as good as they were back then though, when we could get 5-piece wagons with the wheels powering some mechanical thing compared to today's little silly figurines. It was because of the choking hazard on the small parts I suppose.

It probably wasn't a kinder surprise egg, but a similar product years ago with a toy in it advertised only [i]second[/i] to the actual food item itself so people would buy it, not knowing there was a toy in it and then their kids would choke on it, thinking it's a simple food item

I remember dad coming back from some international business trip... and bringing back two of those. We were actually told not to tell people about it because they were illegal. He had smuggled them back from somewhere, I have no idea how.
The fact that they were illegal [I]and[/I] mine had a fucking car kit in it made it hands down the best thing he's ever brought back from those trips.
